The Sarah Cannon Cancer Center (SCCC) at Natchez Medical Park opened January 22, 2007. It is a comprehensive program designed to meet the medical needs of individuals undergoing cancer treatment. While all services/treatment may not be available at each hospital in the TriStar family, they are accessible through The Sarah Cannon Cancer Center Network. The network of 10 affiliated medical facilities throughout Tennessee and south central Kentucky allows our patients treatment and medical care in a community setting close to home.

SCCC offers patients the benefits of the most common treatment therapies for cancer, including surgery, radiation oncology and medical oncology. These services may be used either alone or in combination with other therapies. These services are integrated into innovative, research-based approaches.

Patients can participate in clinical research trials and receive treatment often unavailable at other sites across the country. Clinical trials have led to scientific advances that have helped to improve and lengthen the quality of life for cancer patients across the country. Access to these trials is available through the affiliation with the Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI). SCRI is one of the largest, community-based cancer research support programs in the country.
